Clean getaway: Car wash stiffed with fake $50

5:37 pm, Tuesday, January 29, 2013 -- Police are investigating the use of counterfeit cash at Russell Speeder's Car Wash, 620 Villa Ave., on Monday afternoon. According to the report, a man driving a blue Volvo used a phony $50 bill to pay for his car wash and then took off.
