Cops: Hallway theft of phone at Ludlowe High probed

8:25 pm, Monday, November 12, 2012 -- According to the report, the victim was in hallway when a 17-year-old student reached into her backpack and took her cell phone. When the suspect did, he was sent to the dean's office where he said he found the cell phone in the school's computer lab and thought it belonged to a friend.
