The Shack Hometown Grill recently closed after occupying the above building at the corner of Post and North Pine Creek roads for almost three years. Ten restaurant groups are showing an interest in leasing the 4,400-square-foot space, according to Tommy Febbraio, a commercial real estate broker who co-owns the property with Tom Sargent, a Westport attorney.
