There is no pear tree in the backyard of the Colonial at 91 Partridge Lane in Fairfield, although it does have other attractive landscape features. Still, on the First Day of Christmas this home would make a great gift.
This newly constructed house was built this year by Fairfield-based Pinnacle Peak, on a parcel of nearly a quarter-acre within walking distance to downtown, the train station, local schools and recreational facilities. Birchbrook Park and Perry’s Mill Pond are just down the street in the neighborhood that includes Doreen Drive and Pell Meadow Drive, feeding into Mill Plain Road.
