Shabazz Napier has taken his game to a whole different level this season and now rests comfortably alongside some of the best players in UConn history.

The senior guard led the Huskies in scoring (17.8 ppg), rebounds (5.9 pg) and assists (4.9 pg) on his way to being named AAC player of the year.

Napier's hit a ton of big shots this season, solidifying his reputation as a clutch player.

Napier added to his growing legend against Villanova in the second-round of the NCAA tournament, scoring 21 of his 25 points in the second half to help lead the Huskies to a  77-65 win over the Wildcats.

The Huskies meet Iowa State in the Sweet 16 Friday night at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Napier, along with fellow guard Ryan Boatright, should give the Cyclones just about all they can handle.
