The Fairfield Warde girls outdoor track & field team improved its dual-meet record to 6-0 on Monday with a 73.5-71.5 victory over Ridgefield at Tetreau/Davis Field.

Three Mustangs' seniors each won three events.

Cate Allen won the 1,600 meters with a time of 5 minutes and 18 seconds, the 800 in 2:21.5 and the 3,200 (11:22.1).

Rachel Maltz won the javelin with a throw of 94-feet-10 inches, the long jump (15-6) and triple jump (30-8).

Blossom Jean-Jacques finished first in the 100-meter dash (13.4), 200 (28.1) and high jump (4-10).

Single event winners for Warde were junior Stephanie Sheehan in the 100-meter low hurdles (16.9) and senior Paige Hanley in the 400-meter dash (63.3).

The Mustangs next meet is scheduled for Monday at Wilton against the Warriors and Bridgeport Central starting at 4 p.m. at Fujitani Field.
