Miya’s chef Bun Lai has been redefining sushi in particular and dining in general since joining the restaurant started by his mother in the 1980s. Simply put, Miya’s is a place to expect the unexpected. Dedicated to using sustainable, local and organic foods whenever and wherever possible, Lai has created a menu of culinary wonders, from nine-spice invasive Asian carp sashimi to his signature sakes.
