"Project Runway -- Falcon Edition" on March 13 will showcase the latest fashions worn by students at Fairfield Ludlowe High School.
The PTA-sponsored event, which gets under way at 1 p.m. in the Unquowa Road school, will benefit the Ludlowe junior and senior post-proms, as well as PTA activities.
Ludlowe's "Project Runway," inspired by the television program, will feature members of the FLHS Class of 2011 modeling fashions from local merchants: the Gap, La Moda Fashions, Mitchells, Sposa Bella, Syms/Filene's Basement and Teen Scene. Salon V and Total Look have donated services to prepare the models for the runway, and Coreen's Bridge Florist will help decorate the stage.
The FLHS Culinary Arts Program students will serve foods for attendees to sample, with ingredients donated by the Pantry.
And, the FLHS a cappella group, Close Harmony, will perform at the opening of the show.
Tickets cost $25. To purchase tickets call the Ludlowe High office at 255-7201.
