As Fairfield marks its 375th anniversary, two authors who have written histories of the town will speak at the downtown Fairfiled University Bookstore on Saturday afternoon, April 5.

Rita Papazian and Jackson Kuhl will present a program from 1 to 3 p.m. at the 1499 Post Road store,

Papazian is the author the paperback "Remembering Fairfield Connecticut," and Kuhl wrote "Samuel Smedley, Connecticut Privateer," the story of a daring sea captain.
