Congregation Beth El Fairfield will host its 38th annual Interfaith Sukkot Luncheon on Thursday, Oct. 4, at the synagogue, 1200 Fairfield Woods Road.

The event, starting with hors d'oeuvres at 11:15 a.m. and lunch at noon, will feature speakers Lynne and Valerie Constantine, authors of "Circle Dance," a book about family, tradition and faith.

Standard donation is $18 a person. Luncheon proceeds and a portion of book sales will be donated to Operation Hope, which runs a homeless shelter in downtown Fairfield.
