Bridgeport woman allegedly shoplifted at Kohl’s
FAIRFIELD—A Bridgeport woman was arrested on Sept. 17 for allegedly shoplifting two dresses from Kohl’s in July of 2013.
A loss prevention officer from the Kohl’s at 290 Tunxis Hill Road in Fairfield reported someone matching Nilsa Resto’s description had attempted to leave with two dresses worth $120 from the store.
Fairfield police issued a warrant for the arrest of the 48-year-old resident of Trumbull Avenue in Bridgeport. Resto turned herself in to the police on Sept. 17. She was charged with larceny, sixth-degree, and released on a promise to appear ahead of her Sept. 27 court date.
