Two Brett Road brothers were both charged with disorderly conduct after police received numerous complaints about a loud party at their home early Sunday.

The first complaint was called in to police just after midnight, and when police arrived, music could be heard from the roadway, according to the report.

Howard Foote, 28, was told to turn the music down, which he did, according to the report. He was warned if police had to return, he would be arrested. About a half-hour later, police received another call from a neighbor who said the music was turned up again as soon as officers left. They returned to Brett Road an issued Howard Foot a misdemeanor summons.

Another complaint was received around 2:30 a.m., but the house was dark and it was quiet when officers arrived. That was not the case, however, when police received yet another complaint around 4 a.m. This time, Austin R. Foot, 23, was issued a misdemeanor summons.

The brothers were both released on a promise to appear July 30 in Bridgeport Superior Court.
