And the McKinley School PTA's annual carnival will sprawl across part of the Jennings Beach parking Thursday, April 25 through Sunday, April 27.
The event will feature an array of carnival rides suitable for various age groups, from tots to adults, plus midway games, food and music.
Carnival hours are:

Friday, April 25: 6 to 10 p.m.
Saturday, April 26: 1 to 10 p.m.
Sunday, April 27: 1 to 5 p.m.
The carnival is the McKinley PTA's largest annual fundraiser, and proceeds benefit its programs at the school.
Rides brought in by Stewart Amusement of Trumbull will include cars, trucks, a merry-go-round and inflatable "Fun Center" for younger children; plus bumper cars, gliders, a 360-degree scrambler and two "Super Slides" for older kids.
Thrill-seekers will find a towering, vertical-drop ride called "Rip Cord," a spinning, tilting stand-up ride called "Zero Gravity, a full-sized Ferris wheel and other tests of fortitude.
A wide range of midway games will be offered, including a football toss and other throwing games, darts and balloons, water-gun shooting gallery, basketball shooting, a rope ladder, rock-climbing wall and others.
Hamburgers, hot dogs and chili will be offered for sale by ChiliBomb, the Blackrock Turnpike restaurant. Other carnival treats will include funnel cake, fried dough and fried Oreos.
