Construction on a two-story commercial building at the foot of Sasco Hill Road, corner of Post Road, is moving along.

The application from One Sasco Hill, LLC, was approved by the Town Plan and Zoning Commission in April after rejecting earlier plans for 2291-2307 Post Road.

The building, with cedar-like siding, will have at least three retail outlets on the first floor and a drive-through bank window. The second floor will house offices. In addition to parking in the front and rear, there will be an underground parking garage.

After opposing the earlier plan, which called for a brick commercial building, neighbors threw their support behind the revised application.
