Desances had been warned by campus security officers Oct. 26 that he was not allowed back on the property after they found him offering "gypsy cab" service with his private car. According to the report, Desances signed the warning form.
He was on campus around 1:18 a.m. Friday, but this time driving a cab for Red Dot. Desances said he had to go onto the campus because cab company policy does not allow him to drop off a fare before their destination.
He was released on a promise to Nov. 20 appear in Bridgeport Superior Court.
