Cops: Drinking fuels Fairfield U. student misbehavior

Emergency personnel were kept busy Friday night into Saturday morning responding to calls to help intoxicated students at Fairfield University.
One student was reported as "semi-conscious" and another was vomiting blood, police said.
The five calls for assistance began just after midnight, police said.
In addition, Masengo Kobongo, 21, of Soundview Drive, Stratford, was charged with disorderly conduct around 2 a.m., after campus security said he uncooperative and intoxicated. He was released on a promise to appear Nov. 7 in Bridgeport Superior Court. Kobongo is not a student at the college and was warned to stay off the property.
18-year-old Webb Higinbotham, a Fairfield University student from Leesport, Pa., was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating on another person's leg while at an on-campus concert featuring Jason Derulo, 3OH!3 and Down with Webster on Friday night. According to the report, Higinbotham, released on a promise to appear Friday in Bridgeport Superior Court, had been drinking.
