A man who police said was peeking under the dressing room doors at Kohl's Sunday afternoon was arrested and charged with second-degree beach of peace.

Luis Fernando, 25, of Lenox Avenue, Bridgeport, went into a woman's dressing room at the department store and was seen kneeling on the floor looking into the dressing room stalls, police said. When a witness went to contact security Fernando left the store, but police located him a short time later on his bicycle in the parking lot of T.J. Maxx.

Fernando was given a court date of April 11 after posting a $250 bond.
