A Westport man was arrested Tuesday after a confrontation with employees at Connecticut Health of Southport.

The man entered the premises around 1:30 p.m. and complained that his mother had not been given adequate care, police said. He then allegedly threatened to kill employees, while yelling racial slurs.

Geoffrey Hunn, 59, of Westport, was charged with four counts of second-degree threatening, four counts of second-degree intimidation based on bigotry or bias, and breach of peace. He was released on $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 22 in Bridgeport Superior Court.
