A 30-year-old Easton man was arrested by Fairfield police Friday night on a warrant that charged him with identity theft, possession of narcotics and illegally obtaining narcotics.
Joseph Peloso, of Beers Road in Easton, was issued a $2,500 bond and scheduled to appear March 26 in Bridgeport Superior Court.
Police said Peloso in February had presented a fraudulent prescription for hydrocodon-aceteminophen to a pharmacist at CVS, 1968 Black Rock Turnpike.
