Political letters deadline, policy
Letters about candidates in the Nov. 8 town election will be accepted until Monday, Oct. 24, at noon.
Such letters received after that time will be rejected.
The Citizen's regular requirements for letters apply: they may be no more than 500 words, and each must include the writer's name, full address and a daytime phone number for identification purposes. Only the name and town of residence are printed.
The Citizen reserves the right to edit letters for style, accuracy and legal concerns. We also reserve the right to reject letters.
