A 21-year-old Staten Island woman was issued a verbal warning after she crashed headon into a town payloader Wednesday morning.

Victoria Pirrello was driving her 2013 BMW north on Reef Road just before 8 a.m. when her vehicle crossed into the southbound lane, hitting a town payloader that had been clearing snow from the storm earlier in the week, police said.

Pirrello told police that her windshield had fogged up and she didn't realize she was on the wrong side of the road. She was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries and issued a verbal warning for failure to drive in the proper lane.

A witness said Pirello drove straight into the payloader, according to the police report.
