The Fairfield Theatre Company will have its second annual Encore Gala on Saturday, Nov. 16, at the FTC Warehouse and StageOne, 70 Sanford St. The special event, which starts at 6 p.m., will be a celebration of FTC's mission to bring the community together through live music, art, film, theater and culture.

One of the highlights of the evening will be a performance by Ryan Montbleau and Friends. The Boston-based musician will bring his folk-rock, soul, R&B and Americana sound to the gala event. Montbleau will be joined by some of the top musicians from around the country, including Bill Carbone (Max Creek, Z3, Miracle Orchestra, Melvin Sparks), James Cohen (Ryan Montbleau Band), Beau Sasser (Alan Evans Trio, Melvin Sparks), Matt Giannaros (Ryan Montbleau Band), Danny Mayer (Alan Evans Trio), and a three-piece horn section led by Jarett Sims.

Encore guests will be treated to cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and dinner. There also will be silent and live auctions and a video montage highlighting the work of FTC.

At the gala, FTC will honor Rob Fried and Jerry Vigorito from Band Together with Artists of the Year awards for bringing musicians together to raise more than $1 million for local charities. FTC will also present its Corporate Citizen of the Year award to BMW of Bridgeport for its support of FTC and other charitable organizations.

Tickets for the gala range from $250 to $500.
