Fairfield U. student faces series of drug charges
Another Fairfield University student faces drug charges after campus security officers called police Friday to report they found drugs in Vincent Giacovas' dormitory room.
When police arrived, they said they found three vials of steroids, syringes, rolling papers, marijuana and 100 Clomid pills.
Giacovas, 18, of Briarcliff Manor, N.Y., was charged with failure to keep drugs in their original container, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
He was released on a $250 bond and is scheduled to appear Dec. 13 in Bridgeport Superior Court.
Two other Fairfield U. students have been arrested on campus in connection with various drug charges over the last two weeks.
