Fairfield jewelry store hosts food drive
Those who give back to the community during J. Albert Johnson Jewelers' Mothers Day Food Drive have a chance to get something themselves -- a 14-karat white gold-and-diamond pendant.
During the drive, which runs through May 7, anyone who brings in a non-perishable food item for the Connecticut Food Bank will be entered into a drawing for the $750 pendant. The family-owned business hopes to collect 1,000 pounds of food. The drawing will take place May 7.
The pendant is part of the Angel Wing collection from Canadian jewelry brand, Icerok Jewelry. For more information, visit www.jalbertjohnsonjewelers.com.
