Suzanne Bernier, 64, of Westport, was charged with breach of peace around 5 p.m. Friday after she encountered problems trying to back out of a male friend's Melville Drive driveway because of the snow, according to police.
She allegedly yelled and screamed at neighbors, and when her friend told her to quiet down, she allegedly got out of her vehicle and began pushing and shoving him, police said.
The man took a shot on the chin from Bernier, police said.
Released on a promise to appear, Bernier was scheduled to appear Monday in Bridgeport Superior Court.
