The Junior Women's Club of Fairfield will host a free fashion show featuring women's and children's clothes on Thursday evening, May 30, at the Burr Homestead.

The "Ladies Night Out Fashion Show" is at 7 p.m. at the 739 Old Post Road mansion and is open to women 18 and older from Fairfield and surrounding towns.

The runway show will feature women's fashions from La Moda and children's fashions from Chloe's Closet and A Little Square. The event will include food and a raffle with prizes.

Attendees may have complimentary makeup applications by staff from Benefits Cosmetics in Westport, and facial waxes by staff from European Wax Center. Jewelry and other accessories from Jenny Boston will be offered for purchase.

Reservations are required at the club's website.

The show is planned as a way for area women to learn about the Junior Women's Club of Fairfield, a nonprofit philanthropic organization. The group raises money for charities through events such as its annual Santa's House and touch-a-truck events.

Women interested in the club also may attend its next meeting on Wednesday, May 15, at 7:30 p.m. at the Norma F. Pfriem Breast Care Center, 111 Beach Road.
