Make-A-Wish Connecticut and the b-Cause Foundation will host "The Block Party Fair," a fundraiser to benefit both agencies, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at Fairfield Ludlowe High School, 785 Unquowa Road.
The event will feature Lego creations by children from across the state and more than 600 square feet of Lego productions from builders Arthur Gugick and Bill Probert, according to a release. It will also include group guilds, shops, arcades, a minecraft, a "Sparkle & Shine Station," where girls can get dolled up and "walk the red carpet" and other activities.
Make-A-Wish is focused on granting the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions, while b-Cause's mission is to provide grants and services aimed at improving the lives of children in Connecticut.
