If you love Fairfield and care about its future then please consider voting for Laurie McArdle for Representative Town Meeting in District 9. We need honest and hard-working members in our RTM that will represent this town's real concerns and be fiscally sound with our hard-earned tax dollars.

Laurie's qualifications make her the ideal candidate to represent the needs of the district across all spectrums. She is a good communicator, understands financial concepts, cares about the quality of our school's curriculums and buildings, is concerned about the environment, as well as our town's continued growth. She brings a fresh point of view to town issues and would make decisions to ensure that Fairfield has a sound future.

She has lived in this town for over 26 years, was a math teacher at Fairfield Woods Middle School and has four children who all attended Fairfield public schools, her youngest now at Fairfield Ludlowe High School. Laurie especially cares about the financial struggles of our seniors, as well as our families, and younger population who can no longer afford to live in Fairfield due to continual increases in taxes over the past 14 years.

Regardless of your party affiliation, Laurie would reach out to discuss the issues and do what's best for Fairfield. We all love Fairfield. That's a bipartisan sentiment, and we all want what is best for our district and the town's future. On Nov. 5, vote for Laurie McArdle for RTM in District 9 and help preserve Fairfield.
