Letter: Lawmaker backs Domeika in District 5

If you vote at McKinley School, please vote for Bill Domeika for RTM.
William, "Bill" Domeika is a young man who I have known and worked with for many years.
Bill's mother, Dorothy, served our community as an RTM representative and on the high school building committee. Bill Domeika learned from an early age that public service is noble work.
Bill currently serves on the RTM and is a passionate and dedicated representative.
Many people have become cynical about anyone who runs for office, mostly due to the gridlock on the federal level. However, here in Fairfield, local RTM members work on issues that affect each of us locally, voting on ordinances, budgets and contracts.
RTM members cast votes that affect their neighbors and the town at large, but they also help residents navigate through town government when they have problems.
Each RTM district has five seats up for re-election on Nov. 5.
I started off my public service as an RTM member representing the Tunxis Hill area.
Bill has enthusiasm and has a genuine interest in public service, but most importantly, Bill is honest and has integrity.
I wholeheartedly endorse William "Bill" Domeika and know he will work hard for his neighbors in District 5.
