The Fairfield Senior Center will hold eight single-session courses on Tuesdays in March as part of its Lifelong Learner program produced in affiliation with Sacred Heart University.

A few of the courses being offered include:

On Being a Jesuit: Rev. Charles Allen, S.J, a Boston native known as Father Allen from his work at Fairfield University, will discuss his travels around the world as a Jesuit. The course will be held 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 6.

The Charisma of Teddy Roosevelt: Retired teacher Gordon Williams will discuss Roosevelt's times, the Rough Riders, his achievements and contributions. This course will be held 10 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 6.

Conquer the Paper Monster!!: On March 13th, Lorraine Calegari, a professional organizer and instructor, will share how to get organized and bring order to one's chaos. This course will be offered 10 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 13.

Courses are $5 each with an annual membership fee of $ 10 for people new to the program this year. Brochures are available at the center, 100 Mona Terrace, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
