A stretch limousine was destroyed by fire Friday morning off Kings Highway at New Hampshire Avenue.
The 2008 Lincoln limo, valued at $50,000, was owned Future Century Limousine Service of Rutland Avenue, according to fire officials.
Flames erupted in the vehicle's engine compartment about 10:30 a.m. The car appears to be a total loss.
Fire officials are unsure what caused the blaze, but Assistant Chief Stephen Curry said it appeared to be accidental.
The limousine had been parked at the spot for several days, Curry said.
