A man accused of verbally harassing a woman who resides in the same duplex as he does was charged with two counts of breach of peace, interfering with officers and refusing to be fingerprinted Thursday.

Kristian Bogacki, 24, of Country Road, was arrested around 4 p.m., after he allegedly cursed at and insulted the woman outside their residence in front of her 7-year-old daughter.

When police arrived, Bogacki reportedly yelled and cursed again -- prompting neighbors to come outside -- and then resisted arrest. Officer Edward Nook reportedly had to carry Bogacki roughly 75 feet to the police cruiser.

Bogacki was held on $5,000 bond and was scheduled to appear Friday in Bridgeport Superior Court.
