Man charged with selling drugs in convenience store's lot
Michael A. Caratone, 24, of Warren Avenue, has been charged with dealing drugs, including methamphetamines, at the Cumberland Farms parking lot on Kings Highway.
Caratone was arrested on a warrant at his home last week after a two-month investigation, police detectives said Tuesday.
During searches of his home and car, police said they found a large quantity of methamphetamines, marijuana, cocaine and steroids.
Caratone was charged two counts of possession of narcotics, two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, and one count each of possession of steroids, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released on a promise to appear June 27 in Bridgeport Superior Court.
