A Longview Avenue man was charged Friday with a violating a protective order.

Constantine F. Labrasciano, 61, was spotted by a Bungalow Avenue resident on his neighbor’s property, and aware there was a protective order prohibiting him from being there, took a photograph of Labrasciano, according to the report. The resident also tried to contact the neighbor, who was not home at the time, police said.

The car seen at the house matched a description of a car registered to Labrasciano, and police went to his Longview Avenue address. Labrasciano came to the door, and denied being on Bungalow Avenue, police said. When told that a photo was taken of him on the property, wearing the same jacket he had on at the time, police said Labrasciano became irate and said, “She wasn’t even there,” referring to the woman who has the protective order against him.

Bond was set at $5,000, and Labrasciano was scheduled to have appeared Monday at state Superior Court in Bridgeport.
