FAIRFIELD — Police are looking for the man they said robbed a convenience store at knife point Wednesday night.

The suspect went into the 7-Eleven at 257 Reef Road around 11:21 p.m. and threatened the clerk with a knife. The clerk turned over an undisclosed amount of cash and called the police about five minutes later. The clerk was not injured.

A search with a police dog did not provide any results, but the robbery was captured on surveillance cameras.

The suspect is described as a man wearing a skull mask, gloves, a striped hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
