The Chase Bank office on Hillside Road was held up at gunpoint late Tuesday morning by two masked men.

The heist, reported about 11:45 a.m., was orchestrated by two bandits, while a third waited outside in a getaway car, described as a gray, four-door Nissan.

The first man who entered the bank was wearing a ski mask, police said, and brandished a handgun at the clerk near the back door. The second robber, also wearing a ski mask, walked up to the counter with a bag and demanded that the teller fill it with cash.

They joined their accomplice in the waiting car and fled, last seen driving north on Bronson Road.

No one at the bank was hurt during the holdup, police said.

Police in other area communities were alerted to be on the lookout for the suspects.
