Authors Dr. Henry Grayson and Lisa A. Blackman will lead a discussion on the mind/body/spirit connection and how it relates to health and healing on Wednesday, Feb., 12 at the downtown Fairfield University Bookstore. Grayson is a psychologist and the author of "Use Your Body To Heal Your Mind: Revolutionary Methods to Release All Barriers to Health, Healing and Happiness," and Blackman wrote "The MetaPhysician Within: A Reference for Healing."

The talk will take place at 7 p.m. at the bookstore, 1499 Post Road.Signed copies of their books will be available for purchase at the event.

Grayson is the founder of the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in New York City.

Blackman is an intuitive healer and spiritual medium, metaphysical teacher, artist and poet with 20-years experience in spiritual health and a private practice.
