Musical comedy at Quick Center
The musical comedy, set in 1959 in the days of the Sunday school Christmas program, involves four ladies planning the program and finishing up treat bags filled with apples, peanuts and ribbon candy while putting final touches on a Nativity piece as the children rehearse upstairs in the sanctuary.
Little do they know what surprises are in store as they mend old bathrobe costumes and discuss the politics of who's going to play what in the holiday production.
The performance is a new holiday show and the third installment in this musical comedy series inspired by the books of authors and humorists Janet Letnes Martin and Suzann Nelson, according to a release.
