NY woman charged with striking boyfriend
Serena Liegey, 20, of New York City, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct after she allegedly hit her boyfriend in the face Sunday while the two were arguing in their car at the Citgo gas station on the Post Road.
Police received a call from the station employee who said that two people were arguing in the parkinglot. According to the report, Liegey struck her boyfriend in the face, leaving him with a small cut on his lip. She also broke the car's rear view mirror.
When officers arrived, Liegey had gotten out of the car and was walking up Round Hill Road, followed in the car by the boyfriend, according to the report.
