Sheila Ann (King) Nagy

Sheila Ann (King) Nagy, 72, of Fairfield, the wife of Andre L. Nagy, died June 9 in Stratford.
Born July 8, 1938, in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert L. King and Agnes Eleanor Salembier King.
She graduated from Roger Ludlowe High School, where she was on the diving and field hockey teams, and attended Mary Mount University in Virginia. She worked for Dr. Brown's dental practice in Fairfield; was a volunteer at St. Vincent's Hospital Women's Auxiliary, and later was an office manager at her husband's law offices. She spent summers at the family beach house and winters at their home in Bondville, Vt.; and enjoyed sun worshipping and playing tennis.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a daughter, Lisa Nagy Sheppard of Fairfield; a grandson, Blake, and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, John T. King II and Gilbert L. King Jr., and two sisters, Agnes E. Stevens and Barbara K. Burnes.
At her request, there will be no funeral or wake, but a celebration of her life. Memorial donations may be made to the Connecticut Family Support Network, a non-profit organization that assists children and families with disabilities and special health-care needs, 1074 Main St., South Glastonbury, CT 06073.
