FCBuzz Goes Live will have a "Human Solidarity -- Polish Solidarnosc" exhibit Sunday through Feb. 10 in Sacred Heart University's Pitt Center board room, 5151 Park Ave. It will be available for daily viewing from noon to 7 p.m.
FCBuzz, a collaborative project with the Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County and area cultural organizations, will have an opening reception for the exhibit Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The exhibit, created in 2010, is a joint Polish-American project carried out under the auspices of the Consulate of the Polish Republic in New York, according to a news release. The display marks the 30th anniversary of Poland's Solidarity movement by portraying its history through maps, photos, press clippings and a narrative that also connects with the American labor movement's history.
