Stamford man arrested for disorderly conduct
FAIRFIELD—A Stamford man allegedly threw a woman’s iPhone out the window of a moving car during an argument and then argued with her at police headquarters.
Police said Michael Lewis threw the phone while driving on Burr Street in Fairfield on the evening of Sept. 18. Officers had to separate the 26-year-old and the woman when they began arguing at the station. Lewis admitted to being intoxicated, according to police.
Lewis was charged with disorderly conduct. Police located the cell phone undamaged and returned it.
