Support offered for caregivers at Fairfield Senior Center

A three-session caregiver support group is scheduled to take place at the senior center, 100 Mona Terrace, on Wednesdays, April 23, May 14 and June 4.

The group will meet at 7 p.m. and will be customized for any individual who is a caregiver for an aging loved one and interested in learning helpful coping skills, social supports and self care with others who are also experiencing similar challenges.

The groups will be led by Kate Dressel, a Fairfield social worker, and Emily Quigley, social work intern.
