Teen, at wrong address, charged with threatening
A 17-year-old Stamford resident was charged with second-degree breach of peace after he was allegedly banging on the door of a Gray Rock Road home around 1:30 a.m. Saturday and threatening the homeowner.
The teenager told the officer he knew the people who live in the house, but also said he thought he was on Hillside Road. According to the report he said, "I will kill you!" to the homeowner when he refused to open the door. When told police had been called, the teen then threatened to beat up the homeowner.
An officer went to the Hillside Road address to determine if they knew the teenager and learned that he had been with one of the residents there earlier in the evening but had left.
He was released on a $100 bond to his mother and is scheduled to appear March 13 in Bridgeport Superior Court.
