Three teenagers were charged with drug violations last week by Mill Hill and Split Rock roads after police were dispatched to investigate the report of a suspicious vehicle.
A 17-year-old Fairfield male was charged Dec. 28 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, another 17-year-old male was charged with possession of marijuana, and the driver, Steve Zembruski, 18, of Arbor Terrace, was issued an infraction for possession of marijuana. The names of the 17-year-olds were not released by police because they are considered juveniles under the law.
Each juvenile was released to a relative's custody on a promise to appear in Juvenile Court.
