Woman charged with threatening roommate
A South Pine Creek Road woman was charged on a warrant Thursday with second-degree threatening.
The warrant for Michele A. Thomas, 54, was issued after an incident last November when police were called to Berwick Avenue.
Thomas was yelling and cursing at her roommate, according to the report, and threw of a pot of spaghetti and sausage at the wall. The roommate told police that three days earlier Thomas had left a message on his voice mail, threatening to “shoot him dead,” police said.
Thomas had left the apartment prior to officers arriving.
Bond was set at $20,000 and Thomas was scheduled to appear at state Superior Court in Bridgeport later that day.
