The Fairfield Warde girls lacrosse team dropped its fourth game in its last five, falling to Trumbull, 8-6, today.

Taylor Bargmann had a goal and two assists and Maggie Winstead added a pair of goals for the Mustangs in defeat. Alex Kelly scored twice as the Mustangs fell to 4--6.

"We just didn't execute today," Warde Head Coach Tom Davis said.

The six goals scored were tied for the Mustangs' lowest offensive output of the season.

"We can score a lot more than six," Davis said.

Trumbull won its fifth straight game. The Mustangs will play again on Tuesday against Stamford at home at 4 p.m.
