FAIRFIELD — The white clapboard Georgian colonial house with dark green shutters at 10 Meadow Ridge Road sits on a prime piece of real estate in Fairfield’s newest neighborhood.
Houses in the Heather Ridge subdivision in the Southport section of town have been under construction for several years.
This house, which was built in 2015, has several vantage points from which to enjoy the Sound views as well as the views immediately surrounding the property, which is a conservation area. The owner of the property is a designer with an incredible eye for detail, which is evident in the architecture, fine finishes, and moldings of this 6,855-square-foot residence.
