$6M Connecticut shoreline home has indoor resistance pool and 3-story guest house

The shingle-style home on 63 East Wharf Road in Madison looks like it could be set in the middle of country. In reality, the 7,100 square-foot home overlooks Long Island Sound.

Listed for $6 million, the 12-year-old Madison home was built as a collaboration between Branford-based architect Robert Page and Madison-based builder William Plunkett & Associates, according to the listing. Décor in the home was sourced from across the pond, tapping into the designs of London-based fabrics and wallpaper company Colefax and Fowler for textiles.
