UConn announced on Wednesday the starting times for all six football home games at Rentschler Field this season.

The school also announced that CBS Sports Network — which was already contracted to show all UConn home games — will also televise two road games. The first five games of the season will be on CBS Sports Network.

“CBS Sports is a great partner for our football program not only because of the national exposure it will receive but also because our fans now have the opportunity to plan ahead in more complete fashion,” UConn athletic director David Benedict said in a statement. “For the first time in years, UConn football fans know kick times for each home game, and we hope this will make it easier for more people to join us at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field this fall.”

The UConn home opener against Holy Cross will kick off at noon on Sept. 4. Purdue’s visit a week later starts at 3 p.m. and the Sept. 25 home games against Wyoming begins at 3:30 p.m.

The much-anticipated game against Yale on Oct. 16 will start at noon.

The only home night game is Oct. 22 against Middle Tennessee (6 p.m.). The final game of the season is Nov. 27 against Houston, another noon start.

The road games televised by CBS Sports Network: the season opener Aug. 28 at Fresno State and the Sept. 18 game at Army.

Tickets are now available for renewal or purchase. The priority deadline is scheduled for June 18, 2021. Information is available online.
